Start.ca:  ‘UnBuffer’

Known for their fast, friendly, reliable, local internet, Start.ca was ready to launch Fibre. To carve out a unique positioning for them we focused on a customer pain point that emerged during the Covid lockdown - buffering, when a slow and unreliable internet lags or is sluggish. Our Fibre provided a much more reliable experience, one where zoom calls didn’t freeze. To drive home the many benefits of Fibre we created a visually impactful, relevant yet unexpected campaign called, ‘UnBuffer’ which encouraged the audience to say no to buffering and yes to everything else.
